Luna Exchange & Return Policy

At Luna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure you have a seamless experience. Please note that items can only be returned or exchanged if they are defective.

If your item is damaged, the wrong size was delivered, or there's an error in the order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. To begin the exchange process, provide a photo of the defect or error and send a message on our Instagram account. Without photographic proof, we will not be able to process your request.

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached and in stock on the website. Items must also be returned in their original packaging. Please note that sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in cases of defects, which are eligible for a full refund.

If the wrong item was delivered, you are entitled to an exchange for the correct one. All return shipments must be sent to the address provided by Luna, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not have a refund policy unless the item is defective.
